Prices / Freight and Packaging Costs

The prices stated in the online shop do not include VAT. These are net prices. Statutory VAT and any freight and packaging costs incurred will be added. These total costs will be specified during the ordering process before the binding order is placed. 

Deliveries are made within the Federal Republic of Germany and to EU member states. The delivery time for items in stock is approx. 3-5 working days. Delivery times deviating from this are specifically stated in the item description. 

We deliver ordered goods either ourselves or by commissioning a third party (e.g. DHL) to the delivery address specified by the customer. 

For all deliveries we charge a freight and packaging price depending on weight and destination. Forwarding shipments to German islands generally on request. 

You will be informed separately during the ordering process of the freight and packaging costs we charge for your order. 

Deliveries to other states and countries outside the EU are not provided for, but can be agreed in individual cases. Please send us an e-mail to info@finnsa.de.
